Join Regenerative Energy Initiative, Green Building United, the City of Easton, the City of Bethlehem and the City of Allentown for an exclusive tour and networking event showcasing one of Pennsylvania’s successful PA C-PACE-supported redevelopment projects.
On Wednesday, June 10, attendees will have the opportunity to visit The Commodore in downtown Easton and hear directly from the project team about how PA C-PACE financing helped support the building’s transformation. The event will feature insights from developer Garret Vassel and our very own PA C-PACE Program Leader, Elaine Evosevic-Lozada, who will share lessons learned throughout the redevelopment process and discuss how PA C-PACE contributed to the project’s success.
This event is designed for building owners, developers, capital providers, municipal leaders, sustainability professionals, architects, engineers and others interested in advancing high-performance commercial buildings across Pennsylvania.
