Chester County
Chester County passed a resolution to adopt C-PACE in May 2019. The County commissioners approved C-PACE to help owners of commercial property with energy and water conservation projects. Upon approving the C-PACE resolution, the commissioners authorized the County to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Sustainable Energy Fund for the administration of the Program.
The Chester C-PACE Program is currently active and applications are being accepted. If you would like to discuss a potential project for Chester County, please contact [email protected].
Application Process
The Chester County C-PACE Program is now accepting applications. Applicants are encouraged to read the Program Guidelines before beginning the application process and contact [email protected] with any questions.
