Luzerne County
Luzerne County passed a resolution to adopt C-PACE in July 2021. The County Council approved C-PACE to help owners of commercial property with energy and water conservation projects. Upon approving the C-PACE resolution, the Council authorized the County to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Sustainable Energy Fund for the administration of the Program.
The Luzerne C-PACE Program is currently active, and applications are now being accepted. If you would like to discuss a potential project for Luzerne County, please contact the Sustainable Energy Fund at 610.264.4440 or [email protected].
Application Process
The Luzerne County C-PACE Program is now accepting applications. Applicants are encouraged to read the Program Guidelines before beginning the application process and contact [email protected] with any questions.
